OUR BENCH IS IN A PLAY!

About a month ago, we were contacted by a young lady who is producing a play called "The BenchMark" at the Historic Chicago Temple Church. She lives nearby, and drives by the park often. She said our benches were very much like the one pictured on the promotional material for the play. (The main character is a homeless man who lives on a bench) The proceeds from this play will benefit the church's homeless program, which provides food and shelter to many people throughout the year. We happily loaned her the bench, and are pleased to be associated with such a worthwhile cause, especially at this time of year.
