OBITUARY
November 23 2008
Our beloved dog, Jake, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Vale Park Animal Hospital. He was on this earth for eleven years and eight months, and enjoyed every moment of it. Jake fell and broke his hip, and the injury was irreparable.
We know that Jake touched many of you over the years, both sentimentally and literally! He was a runner, a swimmer, a mouser and a chow hound, as well as a much-loved “son,” “brother,” “big cousin,” "grand dog", and companion. He loved to lean on legs, sit on feet, be petted, and eat treats. He was a co-founder of and a fixture at Canine Country Club. He was always happy, and appreciated the simple things in life. Jake was a good dog. He had a good life. We will miss him dearly, and he will never be forgotten.
