Grandpa arrived this weekend for a personal inspection of the new arrival.  As you can see, our daughter and grandson are doing very well.  What a fun time we're all having getting to know baby Liam.  Office hours this week will be minimal until the weekend.  Bob will be out in the park every afternoon between 4:00-5:00.  For those of you who don't know him, he's the handsome bald man (pictured above) walking around the park with the poop-scooper in his hand.  Bob will be in the office this Saturday, Sept. 13th, from 10:00-4:00.   My return trip is as yet unscheduled, but I will be home soon enough.  I will be getting back to business and sending renewal notices next week, and I can be reached by email any time.  Thanks again for your patience and understanding regarding our blessed event!

PLEASE MEET LIAM GREGORY ROBERTS, OUR FIRST GRANDCHILD, BORN TODAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2008!

Our webmaster has become a mommy!

The park office will be closed this week and will reopen with limited hours next week, after Tuesday, September 9th.  (Hours and updated information will be posted on our web site).  We are going to meet this precious new little important person in our lives.  Phone messages will eventually be heard, and emails will be read and answered.  Thanks for your patience and understanding during this special time in our lives.

OFFICE and PARK HOURS for LABOR DAY WEEKEND

August 282008

The office will be closed on Saturday this holiday weekend.  The park will be open as usual to members only.  On Monday, the office will be closed as usual, but the park will be open for members only in the morning, and again in the evening.  THE PARK WILL BE CLOSED FROM 12:00-4:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, so we can do the necessary mowing and maintenance.  Have a safe and enjoyable weekend!

DON'T BE ALARMED BY THE GROUND DIGGING WASPS

August 132008

Please read the signs we've placed on the gate and in the bulletin board about these insects.  They are along the west (field) side of the park.  They live in the ground in what looks like giant ant hills.  They'll only be here a short time and are hunting cicadas.  They will not sting unless very threatened--so please don't allow your dogs to dig at their nests.

June 202008
